EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
You can submit your withdrawal request using our EU Withdrawal Form available on this page.
After submitting your request, you will receive confirmation that your withdrawal notice has been received.
Food Supplements and Sealed Products
Please note that special rules apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food supplements if the protective seal has been removed, broken, or otherwise compromised after delivery, where the applicable legal requirements for this exception are met.
To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal, food supplements must therefore remain unopened, unused, and with their original protective seal intact.
Returning Your Order
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the eligible goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Unless the goods are damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as ordered, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Products must be returned in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
Refunds
If your withdrawal is valid, we will reimburse payments received from you in accordance with applicable EU consumer law, including the cost of our standard delivery option where legally required.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
You may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply, in particular:
- to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- to goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
These exclusions apply only where the requirements established by applicable law are met.
